I had my baby almost 3 weeks ago and since about 2 weeks post partum I have been having stomach cramps with diarrhea almost everyday and I have absolutely no appetite. I thought maybe a stomach bug at first but it is not letting up Nd I feel fine otherwise. Is this normal?  I also feel like I am losing weight way too fast...
