Has anyone used this for periods or pregnancy, I just got the tea and I'm wondering about it. Should I drink it daily?

So my experience with the tea is different- I used to drink it like crazy while on my period and for me it made my cramps worse and made my flow super heavy. The upside was my period became 2+ days shorter. Blueberry tea worked too. I'm not sure why or if it's actually a thing but that's my story

I tried drinking it to relieve cramps during my period, but it didn't do anything :/

However, my sister in laws swear by it for that problem - and to ease morning sickness too.

I guess some teas just either work or they don't for some people.
