Am I broken?

Okay so the hubby and I have been having unproductive bd's for over a year now and no luck yet. Last year around this time I began a non-period time that lasted for around 6 months. We were worried and went to the obg had urine & blood tests as well as ultrasounds done. Everything came back no baby but my cervix is really deep. Well anyway recently, I have not had a period for 2 months and the day before yesterday it finally starts but stopped around bed time. Nothing yesterday but today it did the same. I woke up to it and again now it's gone.... What the heck is up with that?? Have any of you had this problem??
