I've had this happen. It started as a bladder infection, and because I didn't address it soon enough, it made its way up to my kidneys, which became noticeable in the form of back pain. It sucked, and wasn't something that would go away on its own. Be safe, go see a doctor.

I've had that a few times, when I was 8, 10 and 14, all times it was a blader infection, it's caused from wipping back to front, dragging poo particles into your vagina, each time went to my doctor and got medication and it went away within a month

Probably just a yeast infection. Drink lots of fluids to help flush it out. The chemicals in cranberry juice is best

I’ve had a UTI twice, and that’s a symptom. I went straight to the doc and they put me on antibiotics and it was gone soon. I’d especially go if you experience pain
