Anyone get kinda painful cramps around 8-10 dpo and end up pregnant?

Im up at 5am because im getting cramps and sort of dull pains. My left side hurts more than my right. Im somewhere between 8-10dpo.

I know this is an old post but I'm wondering what the outcome was. I am currently experiencing cramps and I have the taste of blood in my mouth this am. I'm wondering if it led to your BFP or not.
