Nightmares?
I have always had nightmares. They slowly are getting better as im 30. Sad. My LO is 4wks and woke up just out of breath yelling from a deep sleep. Like a scared yell until she woke up about 20 seconds later. Didn't think about them having bad dreams yet 😟
