Is it normal to get diarrhea on your period?

I regularly get shits on my period, is it normal?

i googled this actually 2 days ago because im supposed to start my period today & i foundout its soo common with us girls. you wouldnt think so but its completely normal. this is what i found on google the other day.

I've always had this problem since I got my first period. My doctor said its 100% normal and quite common.

Perfectly normal, a bit icky TBH but there's nothing you can do about it. I can only assume it's got something to do with the hormones or cramping.
