Working moms pregnant with twins

I am 9 weeks today and we found out last week that we are having twins. We are so excited! One thing my doctor mentioned is that bed rest is common.. I am concerned with my job about being put on bed rest. I am a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep and travel some. He also said towards the end I would not be able to travel. Has anyone experienced this that has been or is currently pregnant with twins? I just want to make sure I handle it the best I can so that I still have a paycheck coming in. I do have short term disability but I was not sure if they paid for that
