Please help!!
Hi,
For the last week I have been feeling sick and have had cramping and what feels like little electric shocks in my belly, and constant headache. I have also been having what I thought was spotting, I have never had it before. My AF is due tomorrow but I have just done a test and got a BFN. Could it be a false negative? Please help!
