Anyone ever get a negative pregnancy test from the dr and was indeed pregnant?

I'm confused yet, I got this yesterday at 14 DPO but a negative this morning at the Drs office

I had 6 positives at home and the docs said negative. The next visit it wS positive but I did miscarry due to having a blighted ovum.

However mine was a miscarriage and was happening at the time of the test. Once the embryo or fetus does it becomes harder to pick up hormones in tests.
