Need Opinions plz!!

Me and my bf of 2 years have been living together for about a yr now and I am currently 7 months pg. We recently had a fight that led to him leaving. During the 3 days he has left he recently reopened his fb (don't like fb and its drama) and I happened to be a lil curious on what n how he was doing cuz he doesn't have me on his fb. He had pictures of his him n his old gfs as his profile pic (pics from 2012). When confronted he said he did it on purpose cause I wouldn't accept him back, but it really hurt me deep inside. I know half the hurt is cuz I'm pg and he doesn't understand that. Am I over reacting? He wants to try and work things out but fb has always caused problems between us. Should I just move on? So confused and hurt....
