Hi guys, me and my SO tried to conceive this month and my period wasn't supposed to come until Sunday instead it came on Thursday for 24 hours when it is normally for 4 days. And mt pwriod uaually isnt weird it usually has a routine. I took a pregnancy test before my period Thursday morning and it was negative. I am confused on what I should do. Please help, what does this mean.
