Ground beef recipes, anyone?

Im in need of some knew recipes with ground beef. If you have one that doesn't have cheese (I'm out until Thursday hopefully) please share! I need an idea for supper tomorrow, and hubby is no help with his "I dunno" or "whatever you want" (if I knew what I wanted I wouldn't be asking! Lol)

I've just made sweet and sour meat balls, spaghetti, and stroganoff last week. I don't really want to make them again so soon.

Shepard's pie!!

Brown ground beef, season to your liking, and put into a casserole dish
 then top with a can or two of drained corn (as much as needed to cover up the beef)

make mashed potatoes, regular or instant and put on top of the corn, making a Nice thick layer
i put paprika and salt and pepper on the top (the paprika makes it a nice color) and bake in a 375°oven until the top is golden brown.

Or you could make stuffed green peppers with it too. Those are super good!

You can cook ground beef with onions, celery, carrots, and chopped apples. Then season it with a little salt, garlic and cinnamon. Then you stuff it into a roasted, halved acorn squash and bake it for another 10 min. Super good and very fall themed.

Meatloaf. My mom makes a good one with that powdered onion soup mix. Little bit of oats or bread crumbs and eggs to hold it together and ketchup but there's TONS of recipies online. 
Otherwise I would do a chili or sloppy joes. Or burgers.

Stuffed bell peppers. You just brown the meat with chopped onion and drain it. You can add taco seasoning or any kind really. Cut off top and hallow out bell peppers and just stuff them. Not what temp but until the bell peppers are roasted.

One of my favs. Learned it in Girl Scouts 😂. Thing of ground beef, red potatoes cut in bite size pieces, and Lipton onion pack.

Break up the meat and mix with potatoes and onion soup mix. Bake in the oven until potatoes are done. So good and so easy!

Ok. Can do this in oven or on grill. For oven place two strips of foil in a plus sign. Cut up red potatoes, break off pieces of ground beef , sprinkle with a packet of Lipton onion soup mix. Fold up foil into a little packet. Bake 400° for 30-45 mins or until potatoes are done. Easy and delicious.
