Need advice on further testing..

So I need help, my story is I am 23, fiancé is 24, I have stage 2 endo and had my first lap last nov where they found stage 2 endo. we have been ttc for 18 or so months now. I had an early mc in August and this was our first cycle back but have gotten my period today 😢 What I am wondering is, should I ask for further testing into why we haven't been able to have a successful pregnancy after all this time? I feel like it may be a waste of time as I have endo and that is probably the cause for our issues. what would you do in this situation? has anyone got any advice to offer?
