Need some answer??

Hey ladies thanks for taking the time to read this. I got my period this month on the 7 and I go 6days and now just today after having intercourse with my man.. I noticed some blood and abdominal pain to where I slept most of the day can you get two periods in one month. I don't know what it could be?? My period or spotting or what it could be cause we been trying for a baby but nothing i don't if I should use a product like fertility ade or the preseed...
