Painful sinuses?

I have like this pain behind my eyes and in my forehead. I feel this dull pressure in my nose. It just hurts and is annoying really. Feels like I'm getting a cold, but I don't know if something else is wrong. It's just making me feel so blahhh... Anyone else having this problem or something similar?

Since I turned 23 I've suffered from allergies and the fun that comes with it: sinus infections, sinus headaches, ear infections, upper respiratory infections, bronchitis (fluid in my lungs), and fever.
I found one thing that relieves pressure naturally is a netti pot and alcohol (in my ears). Sounds strange but it works and has saved me many times from having to take antibiotics or suffering through fever.

I take a hot shower, clean my ears out with alcohol (I let it sit in each ear for a minute), then flush my nasal passage with a netti pot and take Tylenol to put me to sleep.

It causes you to blow out a lot of stuff built up in your sinuses and the alcohol kills any forming infections. You'll feel the alcohol run through your ears nose and throat which is wear infections happen from sinus inflammation. The hot shower just helps open up your sinuses to let the alcohol and Netti pot work better.

If I did not do this, which I have proven to my fiancé, I WILL, get a sinus headache and ear infection then will run a fever for days and will eventually need antibiotics. This works for me and is pretty safe so I try to tell others about it in hopes it'll help them too.
