Getting pregnant

I found out I have pcos 3 years ago and my weight has always been a problem. I was going on holiday about 2 years ago so I lost weight and when I came home I found out I was pregnant I was so happy until I lose the baby at 7 weeks and since then I haven't been able to get pregnant since I feel so empty.

Can anyone help plz with some ideas
