Please help!! Skin/ acne problems
Can anyone help me please?!
I have suffered from severe acne all over my face and back for over 10 years now. I have tried every single cream and tablet the doctor is able to prescribe me and have even been referred to a skin specialist, they said the last and only thing they could do for me was to put me on the BC pill Dianette. This worked wonders for my skin (even though is didn't cure it, and I've been left with severe scarring) it helped to control the breakouts.
Anyway I was on that for around 8 years and came off it in May as me and my partner are TTC #1 for the past 5months! No BFP as yet but I am holding out hope!
However my skin has gone absolutely awful again! My breakouts are back with a vengeance and it's got to the point that my skin is too painful to touch to even put make up on! Which is a vicious circle as my self confidence is rubbish due to the spots so obviously the make up slightly helps, but it's also bad for my skin!
Doctor says there's nothing I can take and all the hair, skin and nail vitamins aren't helping 😟
Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated!
