2 days late

My husband & i have been trying to conceive for 3 months. My period is late. Its always on time! I've had sore breasts and cramping for the last 3 days. I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and one today, both negative. Just a few hours ago I started spotting with terrible cramps. I just can't figure out what's going on with my body.
