I'm kind of excited!

My husband and I attended a class last night that was offered by our local midwifery center. They have a fabulous VBAC success rate and a pretty low cesarean rate compared to the national average.

Going into the class, my husband was kind of apprehensive because of my history when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was young and had preeclamspia. This pregnancy just feels healthier, if that makes sense. I also have asthma, so he was somewhat concerned about that as well.

But after being in the class and meeting them all, I think I have him on board for this whole midwife deal to help us achieve a healthy VBAC.

I still have to call them and further discuss a few things before I officially "break up" with my OB/GYN office. But I'm really excited to feel like I have my husband's support, , now. :)
