Torticollis?

One of my twin girls has this and we are getting a referral to children's her dr said they might just be able to teach me the stretches to do at home with her or she might have to go for therapy. Just wondering if anyone has gone through this and if so how the process worked for you?

My son had it, PT, stretches at home (while he was sleeping so he didn't fight me), and Kinesiology Tape helped

Yes going to PT all month for my son. The exercises have worked great and made a big difference already.

My second son had this to the point his skull was changing shape. We had to see a physical therapist. We just learned stretches there and went every 2-3 weeks for about 2-3 months and it reversed itself by doing all the stretches at home.

My little sister has this. My mom barely even noticed. She just turns the baby's head side to side and does some simple stretches with her

I haven't had any of my children have this, but when I worked for a chiropractor, over a year ago, we had two patients with torticollis. With chiropractic care it did get better, these patients had a severe case, so it never fully went away.  I don't know how severe your daughters is, but I'd consider chiropractic care. If you choose to go that route, try to find someone who does Gonstead (hands on). I hope this is helpful.
