Please help with advice!

I live in apartments there are 4 units in one so these neighbors live right next to me the two apartments under ours is empty... So its us and them (2aduluts and 4 kids) I a a two bedroom apartment.. They just moved in 4 months ago and they smoke pot (loud) and its coming through my vents I wake up at 5:00 and smell the shit and I open my door its a loud smell in the whole unit I'm sick and tired of it I don't want my newborn breathing that shit in..they smoke their kids out so they have no respect for us...what should I do????? Please help! They are rude loud and stinky people let their kids curse so I'm definitely not talking to them.
