Advice
I have had knee issues to where I had surgery in 6th grade on my knee and leg. I went through physical thearpy but once that was finished i didnt work on my knee any time since. Ive lived a sedentary life for the most part since and hit my peak weight. Im now in my 20s and regretting it since i weigh 200lbs. I have motivation issues but am trying to reverse my health. Ive been learning a lot about myself and my body this past year but havent been able to keep the weight off...
I want to push myself to where i feel like falling over putting full effort into it... but i have a fear at the same time since i have a toddler and knee issues that by putting my all into it i wont be able to do anything the rest of the day and wont be there for her. Needing advice please.
