Can you get pregnant if you have a fairly large cyst on your ovary?

I've had a few cysts when I was in college (now 24) - 1 burst, 1 surgically removed. I've been feeling this one on my left side for 2 months I think and it seems to be one of the bigger ones (I've had ones that hurt a bit but went away). I'm wondering if having a cyst could hinder you from getting pregnant? I'm going to call the doctor in the morning (because the pain is getting to that too noticeable point) but I guess I figured I'd ask to see if anyone had any experience with something like this?

I've had many cysts over the years and am almost 38 weeks pregnant. My gynocologist told me cysts form when the egg comes out too fast. But then again it depends on what kind of cyst it is. Mine were functional cysts that don't normally interfere with fertility. They sometimes can affect the ability to ovulate. If you're already going to the dr, try to find out what kind of cyst you have and ask about fertility. It's really the only way you'll know for sure.

I have a 3.5cm cyst and I've had t since before I got prego. I'm 29 weeks.

Yes u have a lower percentage but its very possible!!!
