How do I start using tampons?😕

I've had my period for over a year now and I still haven't been able to use them yet, I've tried but it's uncomfortable. Any advice would help😊

I prefer tampons without an applicator and I honestly just sat down with a compact mirror and watched what I was doing and then after that it gets easier. Even if you just pit the tip of the tampon between your labia and slide back it should end up pushing into the vaginal hole comfortably ☺️

I've had mine for a few years and I still use Libra Applicators. They're just so easy to use! I definitely recommend them x

Try easing it in on a day when you have your heaviest flow. Sometimes it feels weird, but it shouldn't be painful. Try a plastic applicator tampon too, they are much easier than cardboard.

if you actually take your time, breathe and relax. it should go well. don't think about it too much and always make sure you don't push the applicator until your finger is touching your skin

What i did was i bought lube and then put some on the tampon. Just put a lil on the tip so that it is easy to go in....
