Endo period cramp pain vs labor contractions

I am afraid I won't know when I am in labor. Currently, I have menstrual cramps that have been worsening for a couple days. I'd say today they are like a level 5 out of 10 type of cramps that are almost constant. I get severe period cramps so I don't know how to judge this. I also have contractions that are getting stronger than my regular Braxton Hicks.

Anyone with experience of endo pain and labor contractions?

I am 35w1d.
