So my friend got an abortion the other day .. She told me that she needed iron through an IV and they wouldn't give it to her until she got an abortion .. Does this sound fishy to any of you!?

Anemia is very important to be taken care of during pregnancy, they could have given her iron supplements. No doctor would ever force an abortion unless the baby or mom was in real bad shape.

If she needs iron she can take it in a pill. If she wanted to terminate the pregnancy that is her decision. She shouldn't lie about it. But you know it's a lie so I wouldn't push her.
