I call my husband that, only if I'm referring to him to our son, or if our son is around. And I'm asking him something. I don't personally call him that if we are alone though.

I also think it's funny how girls shame others for calling their guys that but have no problem calling them baby... I don't like it at all!! Its just silly! But my 96 yr old grandpa would call my grandma maw which I thought was the sweetest thing in the world! She had Alzheimers disease and when she would sit down she would literally about sit in the floor and grandpa would say "OK maw push that butt back a little more!!!" Loved it!! They also had 14 children an I think he just got used to the kids calling he maw!!! But as for me an my man hell no!!!
