90 grams of protein a day!
So I just visited my midwife at 5 weeks yesterday, and she recommends I get at least 90 grams of protein a day which is crazy to me, being 96 lbs right now. How do you guys squeeze in extra protein especially when the nausea hits? I've been trying to do 2 protein shakes a day, but I fear I'll get sick of them soon.
