Your dog may have food alergies. My blue nose pit bull is alergic to chicken and corn, it's very common is dark haired breeds. I recommend a limited ingredient diet (LID) natural balance dog food. The lamb and brown rice is the best. Her rash looked just like that and changing her diet fixed everything.

Its not ring worm. Its pyoderma which is a skin infection. Antibiotics will clear it up. Nothing contagious.  From a previous vet tech

Ringworm 100% over the counter mess won't help him and shouldn't be used on pets. You need to take him to the vet asap. Check other pets in your house hold too as its contagious.

That's ringworm...like to the max. If you can't make it to a vet ASAP go to Walmart or somewhere similar and get an antifungal cream or spray.
