Help is welcome thank you

Went to the er with constant vomiting and some vaginal bleeding (brown) I'm 6 weeks and 3 days did a ultrasound couldn't see anything from the tummy side so they did a ultrasound from inside(not sure what it is called) but couldn't get a heart beat and told me to come back in a week to see if they could find a heart beat also there is a blood sac around or on the baby not sure what one it is kinda scared ...hopefully everything is OK its my first time being pregnant and I'm not sure what to expect but I hope it all works out..
