Orgasm?!?!

How soon after a c section can you have an orgasm. 8 days afterwards and I'm so horny! When can I have an orgasm and not put risk to the incision ?

I thought no sex was for risk of infection.

My husband and I fooled around in the shower when I was three weeks postpartum. Only touching and kissing, as I was still bleeding. Had an orgasm with no issues. My doctor told me not to have sex until six weeks, so we still haven't.
