PP bleeding??

I had bleed for 4 weeks PP then it stopped for a couple days and kicked back up. It stopped again at 6 weeks then started again a couple days ago. But it's not regular bleeding. It was spotting the a heavy bleed then spotting again. It keeps coming and going randomly. I am now almost 8 weeks PP. Anyone else have this before? Should I be worried?? Oh also I did have a C-Section.
