Cashew or almond are best. Cows milk is horrible for you.

I don't know what the best is but I like almond milk. A much better flavor in my opinion and a lot more calcium.

Lactose free milk since I'm lactose intolerant and that's the only kind of milk I can get through WIC.

Whole or almond milk. I loveeee the chocolate flavored almond milk & it says it has 50% more calcium than regular milk. I'm not sure if whole is any better than any other kind, but I know baby has to put on some fat so I like drinking the whole milk.

It depends on the person I think..
I'm lactose intolerant & I was under weight at the beginning of my pregnancy so I had to switch to 1% lactose free milk.
