Too hopeful? Help please!

Never posted before but figured I'd give it a shot...hubby and I have been hoping for our baby#1 together for 3 years now I've never been pregnant before and been off bc for 3 years. Possible miscarriages before testing but no bfps. Af came 1 day late but is lighter and more mucusy vs "bloody" or clotted than usual. Only minimal cramping for first afternoon. I know I may be too hopeful but has anyone had more than just light spotting and still been pregnant?
