Light bleeding at 4 weeks... Normal???

I just found out I'm 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant... I used the bathroom and when I wiped I had a light pink blood is this normal??? First pregnancy... Really worried..😕

I am 5 weeks tomorrow. About a week ago I had very light spotting and mild cramps. Went away after two days. 
Today I started with pink spotting that eventually turned dark brown. Cramps are now starting again but nothing major that I can't handle. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. 
I miscarried a year ago and so far this is nothing g like my miscarriage. I am still absolutly petrified but everything I have been reading says it's common. If your worried please don't hesitate to make an appointment.
