"Walking while Black" Thoughts?

She is a race baiting fool. She was walking down the middle of the road, she caused a driver to have to come to a complete halt to avoid running her over. The cops had every reason to stop her at that point. Impeding traffic is a class c misdemeanor. I was stopped earlier this year for walking across a street with my nose in my cell phone. The cops asked for my ID too, it is standard procedure to radio in when ANY stop is made. I was then told to get my nose out of my phone before I got smashed like a bug and sent on my way, just like this woman was. These officers followed up on a complaint, they made sure she was ok, asked her to respect the rules of the road and went on their way. Nothing they did or said could possibly be misconstrued as racism or inappropriate. There was absolutely no reason for this woman to pull this crap except to incite more race wars.
