How do you know he's the one you'll Marry?

I've never really felt like marrying someone till now but then I pull myself back and just calm myself down.Am not sure if it's my mind or my heart speaking.

I knew right away, and so did my husband. He often told me, even before we dated, "I'm gonna marry you, I already know it." But when you make the decision to get married, recognize that it is eternal. Not just a fad or a "piece of paper". This is gonna be someone you can be a complete dork in front of, and it's ok...because he's a dork too. He's your best friend, someone you're gonna wake up to every day, someone you can confide in, someone you trust and love with all your heart. Marriage is not a decision that should be taken lightly, it's life changing.

I think it's not always as simple as a feeling. I know before I married my husband, I would have mini freak outs here and there over the huge commitment of marriage. Marriage to us means not even bringing up divorce. It's for life. And if that's what it is to you too, it's totally OK to sometimes step back and be afraid. However, what it came down for to me was, am I willing to make this commitment with this man for the long haul? Is it worth it to love him even when I don't feel like it? Serve him even when he doesn't deserve it? Admit to being wrong and saying sorry when I don't think I'm wrong? Being in love and being in a relationship doesn't always mean rainbows and butterflies - it takes hard work, communication, and selflessness. It a choice to daily love that person. Some days are easier than others, but let me tell you, once I knew that my man loved me and was willing to put in the work (including the before-mentioned things) marrying him was easy. It has been, by far, the best decision of my life!

I knew the moment I met him! Never believed in that kind of stuff but it's true you just know. I knew from that moment on that I never wanted to spend a day without him let alone with someone else. It's kinda hard to explain but you'll know when it happens ☺️

It sounds cheesy but you will just know. A totally different feeling than any other relationship you'll ever have. Not just the new honeymoon feeling but it's different.. Hard to explain.
