Best prenatal vitamin?

Anyone have recommendations? My doctor said to start taking them before ttc.

I tried Jamieson and they were making me so nauseous I assumed (wrongly) I was pregnant!  I have since been taking single folate, iron and Vit D + calcium tablets instead. I have a high fruit/veg intake so a multi was putting me way above recommended levels of things like Vit A among others. I would check with a doc/pharmacist about your diet and see what you really need.

I have heard GNC Prenatal vitamins are pretty good. It has a good dosage of what you need, and has very good reviews. You may want to google it.
