Struggling to conceive.

So my husband was tested and everything was perfect.... EXCEPT the morphology/shape of the sperm heads which were 100% abnormally shaped. Which means they cannot penetrate the egg. We have been trying for a year and a half. We are making lifestyle changes like clean eating, no alcohol and more exercise. They did tell us that sperm regenerates every 90 days so there is a possibility that the next semen analysis could be better. But they basically told us that our only option would be IVF and i don't know if that is an avenue I want to explore. We are 33 and its a long hard road. And maybe just maybe if we're not suppose to conceive naturally then we're not meant to have children.
