Ivf success with one tube?

Question

Hi all I'm due to start my second ivf cycle in November/December. I had an ectopic pregnancy three years ago and had my right tube removed. My left tube is not fantastic, hence the ivf.
Anybody been in a similar situation? Trying to stay positive 😏

I think tube problems won't matter with IVF. 
Normally the egg travels down a tube to the uterus and attaches if fertilised, tbut with IVF the egg is fertilised outside of the body and put back in, avoiding the tubes entirely.
