I had a MC in March and began using Glow to get pregnant again. Months of TWWs and negatives. On the day I should be ovulating, I started bleeding. After 3 days of bleeding lightly, I was in so much pain and went to the ER. I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and a BFP!! Whaaaa??? I'm very much on a schedule and here they were telling me I was pregnant! Long story, short. There were a lot of ups and downs, but it was ectopic and I had to take methotrexate. Second lost pregnancy this year and now I'm on a 6 month hiatus because of the methotrexate. So bummed.
