Vitex?

Has anyone used Vitex? I have heard that this is a really good option for hormonal imbalances in general, not just for TTC, but am curious about other people's experiences.

Vitex is most effective in a liquid form. Combine with Bee Propolis capsules (I take Doctor's Best) and a prenatal multi for best results.

I've Tried  Vitex for 2 months  but it didn't work  for  me maybe because I wasn't  on it for long. But everybody is different

I just started taking it a couple weeks ago for irregular periods. I've read it can take a couple of months to start working. I'm hoping it helps me get pregnant!
