ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE

I have a regular cycle around 22-24 days. AF was due Nov 7th. Had some light spotting started on Oct 27th for 4 days and then on 5th day what seems like a light period up until today and the blood is now a brownish colour. I have an appointment with the doctor on Monday, but haven't a clue what's going on!
