Please help! Implantation bleed??

I'm 7 days late, me and my fiancé had sex last night, I had quite a sharp cramp in the cervix area this morning and I'm spotting a little could this be implantation bleed or AF making her ugly appearance? Any advice will be deeply appreciated thanks in advanced xx

Implantation takes place 6 to 10 days after conception so won't happen the day after you have sex..  Sorry to say it's probably  your period. Since youre late have you tested though?

If you're 7 days late, it won't be IB. It's probably AF
