Just had my first OB appt at 12w 2d. From what it sounds like it was a normal first work up, except the Dr didn't do an ultrasound. I thought this was odd, but this is baby #1 for both of us. Pregnancy has been going well and heart rate was 174. When is it normal to have first ultrasound?
