Echogenic cardiac focus
I just had my second trimester ultrasound. The doc said everything looked great, but she saw a echogenic cardiac focus in the heart which is a soft indicator for downs. She said my first trimester ultrasound was completely normal and I shouldn't worry because this is very common and she sees this all the time in perfectly healthy babies. I can't help but worry. Has anyone else experienced this?
