Confused

I've been best friends with a boy now for 6 years, and I think I'm falling for him. However at the weekend I slept with this boy that I'm supposed to be talking to, I don't know whether I did it out of confusion or that I'm ignoring the fact I like my best friend. I don't know what to do 😂 advise would be nice thanks 😂
