Plenty of bigger people still conceive. But of course in some cases it is unhealthy. Best thing to do is just go to your doctor and ask for advice

Yes. I was in the 200 - 300 when I got pregnant with both my kids. From personal experience my advice would be to start exercising now unless you like being out of breath all the time.

It's definitely possible. I was a little over 200 when I got pregnant. My sister was close to 300 and my mom was roughly 230 when she had me and my younger brother. It may take longer, or maybe need some assistance, but not impossible. Also, every doctor will suggest starting to lower your weight before you start trying. It's best for you and baby anyway.
