Belly support bands??

Question

Do belly / support bands work good? If so what brand and style are best? I'm contemplating getting one but not sure if they really help or not and don't know which kind to get.I work 10 hr shifts in the ER and am on my feet most of that time and also hike often and need something to help support this belly!

Yes they work for me! I at least notice a difference if I don't wear it. I just found one on Amazon for $20.

Was recommended by others and I just got the gabriella medium support band. So far so good. I work 12hrs in the ICU and I am a runner and do crossfit.
